Prior to Arrival: There are two important items to complete prior to your arrival. First is speaking with our Pre-Admission Testing nurse to make sure we have all of your pertinent health information and that you are aware of what should/shouldn’t be done prior to your surgery. Second, the patient’s financial responsibility for the procedure (per the estimate we provide) is due 48-72 hours prior to your Date of Service to avoid delays or postponement. We will provide you several options to accomplish this via phone, this website, or a secure text link. Please be aware that the amount you may have paid to/at the physician office is separate from what you owe to the Surgery Center (this can be confusing given the similar names of both organizations). Please let us know if you have questions regarding any of this
Check-in: When you arrive at our center we ask that you check-in at the registration desk to verify personal, escort and insurance information.
Following Admission: After checking in at our center, you will be brought to the pre-op area where the nurse will do a health interview and prepare you for surgery. You will stay in the room until it is time for your surgery. An anesthesiologist will discuss your anesthesia with you and answer any questions. At the appropriate time you will be escorted to the operating room. During surgery your escort will stay in a waiting area or their vehicle, and our team will communicate with them until they rejoin you after your surgery. Then, you both will be provided discharge instructions to support a quick and safe recovery.
